We live on the mainland, and needed to sell the home “as is.” That is why I needed someone knowledgeable and well-connected in Kona. Gabe advised me as to what needed to be done or repaired to get the home in shape to sell. Together we were able to hire a handyman, electrician, plumber, tree trimmer, termite company, etc., to get the home in decent shape. There’s just one more thing I’d like to tell you about Gabe - he’s good at communication! This is so very important, especially with me being on the mainland. Gabe returns phone calls and answers emails and texts in a timely manner - usually the same day.
