Just Sold - 73-3707 Kaimalolo

Closed—10/23/2026!

The owner was recently transferred to Arizona for work, so he reached out to my team and me to help market and sell his home during his relocation process. It was a pleasure to assist him through this transition!

This home is a dream to care for, featuring an incredibly easy-to-maintain backyard that’s always ready for fun.

Despite the slower market here in Kona, we were able to find a cash buyer who closed quickly. He is so excited to move into his new home in Wainani Estates and can’t wait to start entertaining in that wonderful backyard!

If you’re considering selling your property, I’d love to chat and see how I can help you. Please reach out anytime—I would love to work with you!
