Sales Trends Gabe Winkler February 16, 2026

Total Sales of condos in Kona were similar in 2025 with 269 closed sales, compared to 262 closed sales in 2024.

The median sales price in 2025 was $615,000 compared to a median sales price of $625,000 in 2024.

Interest remains soft in 2026 with 28 closed sales as of mid-February and the median sales price is now at $602,500.
